Our History
Building our community since 1982.
Adena Construction has a rich history dating back to 1982 when it was formed as Adena Corporation. However, it was in 1988 when Randy Payne joined as an estimator that the company truly began to flourish. Over the next thirteen years, Randy worked his way up the ladder and eventually became the President of Adena. In 2007, he became the sole owner of the company.
A distinctly unique contractor.
Today, Adena Construction employs over 550 individuals and has offices in Ohio, Florida, Colorado, and Virginia. Despite the growth and evolution, Adena’s core values remain the same:
