Memorial Regional Health Medical Office Building
We served as Construction Manager at Risk for the new three-story Medical Office Building, replacing the former hospital campus. The facility includes outpatient clinics, exam and procedure rooms, imaging, lab, pharmacy, therapy spaces, and future administrative space, and was delivered fully equipped with complete building systems in compliance with all codes and standards.
