Memorial Regional Health Medical Office Building
We served as Construction Manager at Risk for the new three-story Medical Office Building, replacing the former hospital campus. The facility includes outpatient clinics, exam and procedure rooms, imaging, lab, pharmacy, therapy spaces, and future administrative space, and was delivered fully equipped with complete building systems in compliance with all codes and standards.
St. Vincent Hospital
Exterior improvements include milling, repaving, and striping 440,000 SF of paving. There is new lighting, a new bulk oxygen generator, and a fuel oil tank enclosure constructed with heavy masonry screen wall and ornamental fencing.
Avita Ontario Hospital (Phase II)
This project expanded and modernized the facility with a new cath lab, an expanded 16-bed emergency department with trauma and fast-track rooms, new surgical suites, and upgraded inpatient and diagnostic spaces. The project also included a new helipad, additional elevators, and major site improvements, delivering a more efficient, higher-performing hospital environment for patients, staff, and the surrounding community.
