Adena Corporation provided Construction Manager at Risk services for the construction of a new, three-story Medical Office Building and demolition of the old hospital campus.

The 1st floor houses the infusion area, physical therapy and cardiac gyms, treatment, and procedure rooms, 13 exam rooms, a pharmacy, lab, imaging room and seven offices. The 2nd floor has three procedure rooms, newborn procedure, stress echo, 38 exam rooms, and 13 offices. The 1st and 2nd floor include pharmacy, infusion, PT, and outpatient clinics. The 3rd floor is approximately 20,000 SF of shell space but will house hospital administration in the future.
